Its been awhile
I am doing a quick update. Nothing much to add except that I am still cranking out batches here in Dakar, Senegal. One of these days I am gonna switch the order of my posts so the first steps are at the top and the last at the bottom of the blog. Until then it should be read from the bottom up.
Anyway, it was fun to make and I finally ordered a counter pressure set up from realbeer.
